I love werewolves too! Always been one of my favorite "classic" monsters - I used to like making werewolf characters, or imagining fictional characters I liked as werewolves, or imagining what I'd do if I could turn into a wolf. I forget, have you read the werewolf page on D. L. Ashliman's folktexts website?
Forget whether or not I've heard of the Michegan Dogman, but I've definately heard of Cu Sith. The detail of it being green is an interesting one, relative to other fairy/ghost/demon (the line between those three is rather blurry in folklore, no matter how cleanly modern fantasy might delineate them) dogs of the British isles.
